It eventually evolved as an importer of rare and top of the line health and beauty products as well as medical devices mainly from Japan, Korea, USA and Thailand. As of today, Racosme exclusively imports and markets top of the line health and beauty products, medical devices, rare toys, shoes and gift items. As long as the product is the best and is very hard to find, we sell it here at Racosme. All of our products are 100% authentic. We cut the middleman and usually buys direct from the maker of the product or the primary distributor. We exclusively distribute popular brands such as MHG, Piringubu, Fujibio, Naturactor, PasJel, Venus Lab and Fujibio to name a few, all of which are the top rated brands for their respective niche.

Racosme is dedicated in sales, marketing and distribution of the brands we hold exclusive distributorship. We also engage in both wholesale and retail of both the exclusive brands we distribute as well as the non exclusive brands we sell. We set the standards of hassle free, customer oriented online shopping in the Philippines focusing on product quality and client satisfaction. All the products that you will see in our store are 100% authentic. Most of the brands that we sell are exclusive products only distributed by us. Other products that we do not have exclusivity are primarily bought directly from the maker of the product. In case they do not sell directly to the retailer, we get it from the primary distributor. Racosme is always focused on giving our clients confidence and peace of mind when purchasing from us.

TO REGISTER

Simply click ACCOUNT on the top right corner of the page and click SIGN UP. You will see a the registration panel on the right side of the page. Enter your first name, last name, email and password. Your email address will serve as your username. Simply click CREATE and you are done. It is as simple as that. You can also log in on our page using your Facebook or Google account. We will ask for your shipping and billing addresses once you are about to purchase from our shop. You can also register during purchase by completing the registration form when checking out.

TO PURCHASE

Simply click on the product you intend to purchase. On the next page, enter your desired product quantity if you intend to purchase more than 1 item and click the ADD TO CART button. To view the items in your cart or to checkout, simply mouse over the CART ICON on the upper right corner of the screen. In the shopping cart page, you can alter the product quantity under the quantity column. You can also add order notes on this page to give us special instructions.

Once you are ready to checkout, click CHECKOUT. Fill up the shipping address form including your contact number. Click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD to proceed. By default, if you are in The Philippines, shipping is 90.00 PHP. For International clients, shipping is at 360.00 PHP. Click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD to proceed. Select your appropriate payment method. If checking out via PayPal or credit card, ensure that the your billing address is the same as your PayPal and credit card address. By default, your shipping address is the same as your billing address. You can edit your billing address in case it is different from your shipping address at this page by clicking USE A DIFFERENT BILLING ADDRESS. Depending on your payment option, you should follow the succeeding steps to complete your purchase.

For Philippine clients, we accept PayPal, VISA and Mastercard credit cards via PayPal gateway, Bank Deposits thru BDO and BPI, G Cash, Western Union, Money Gram, Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala, Palawan Express, LBC Money Transfer and M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala. Cash On Delivery is accepted if you are located within Metro Manila.

For International clients outside the Philippines, We accept PayPal, VISA and Mastercard credit cards via PayPal gateway, wired bank transfer and money transfer thru Western Union and Money Gram.

We deliver to any country, territory, P.O box and APO. Depending on the item, shipping will usually commence within 24 to 48 hours of purchase except for our Rare Shoes collection(see DELIVERY OF RARE SHOES below). We will use the most efficient courier that delivers to your country. Delivery cut off is at 12:00 P.M. All purchases occurring from 12:01 P.M onwards will be shipped the next day. We do not ship during weekends hence, all purchases submitted during Saturdays and Sundays are shipped on Mondays. Estimated delivery time frames are:

International Delivery
Shipments will originate from Singapore if you are from Asia. Singapore, Sweden or USA if you are from Africa, America, Australia, Europe and other territories.

All Countries and Territories: 15 to 20 working days

The information above is just an approximation and it can be earlier to longer depending on the circumstances. There might be a holding time of about 2 to 3 days prior to shipment to allow emergency changes with your order such as adding/removing an item or changing the shipping address. This will also ensure that there are no payment issues that might arise such as unauthorized transactions or stolen credit card reports.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. The only remedy is to fully refund your purchase and reordering again.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that we can also deliver to a PO box or an APO.

DELIVERY OF RARE SHOES

Racosme sells rare products but we also sell very rare shoes that are subject to availability. These products are mostly limited edition items and not anymore in production thus, stocking these items are impossible. They will be outsourced abroad. Delivery will take 10 to 20 days to all countries and territories including The Philippines. If ever we cannot fulfill the stock within 24 to 48 hours after purchase, we will refund the purchase in full.
