Shipping and Returns
Depending on the item, shipping will usually commence within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. We will use the most efficient courier that delivers to your country. Delivery cut off is at 12:00 P.M. All purchases occurring from 12:01 P.M onwards will be shipped the next day. We do not ship during weekends hence, all purchases submitted during Saturdays and Sundays are shipped on Mondays. We deliver to any country, territory, P.O box and APO. Estimated delivery time frames are:
Shipments will originate from The Philippines.
Metro Manila: 1 to 2 days
Provincial: 2 to 4 days
Shipments will originate from Singapore if you are from Asia. Singapore, Sweden or USA if you are from Africa, America, Australia, Europe and other territories.
All Countries and Territories: 15 to 20 working days
The information above is just an approximation and it can be earlier to longer depending on the circumstances. There might be a holding time of about 2 to 3 days prior to shipment to allow emergency changes with your order such as adding/removing an item or changing the shipping address. This will also ensure that there are no payment issues that might arise such as unauthorized transactions or stolen credit card reports.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. The only remedy is to fully refund your purchase and reordering again.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that we can also deliver to a PO box or an APO.
Local shipping to anywhere in The Philippines is only 90.00 PHP unlimited weight and quantity. It means that, no matter how many items you order, shipping will always be 90.00 PHP.
International shipping to anywhere in the world is about 350.00 PHP or about 7.00 USD unlimited weight and quantity. We also offer express shipping via Fedex/DHL/UPS.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product/s you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product/s or if a product/s is/are missing), please contact our customer service. If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product/s you purchase, kindly contact us via phone, email or chat. We will simply explore the reasons of your dissatisfaction so we can continuously improve our services and products. We will refund the value of the purchased the product if we do believe you are really not satisfied. We usually do not require returning the product/s if they are already used.
RETURNING A PRODUCT
Please note that when you return the product/s for exchange or refund, it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund or exchange. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary. Contact us via phone, email or chat for return instructions.
Take note that the damaged product/s and boxes need to be returned first before we provide refund or exchange. In case the problem is a missing order, missing items will be sent immediately.
If you receive incorrect items, we will replace the necessary items or provide a refund. You need not return the incorrect items we sent. It is also very important to know that we do not refund non credit card or Paypal payments.
