Instructions: Use as your normal soap daily from neck down. Lather all over the body and wait for atleast 2 minutes before rinsing. Depending on your desired peeling goals, you can wait longer for up to 5 minutes for more aggressive peeling. DO NOT USE THIS SOAP ON THE FACE.
